hairdryers and irons. A continental breakfast is served that you can enjoy in your cozy kitchen and coffee and
teas can be made at anytime you desire. Each suite has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bath. The
Sunflower Garden Suite is available at $95.00 for one or two people. ($135.00 fair week/Little Brown Jug).
$15.00 extra charge for a roll away bed and extra person. The Apple Cottage Suite is available at $85.00 per
night for one or two people. ($125.00 fair week/Little Brown Jug). No taxes due at an Ohio Bed and Breakfast.
Check In time is after 3:00 p.m and Check Out is at noon. Times can be flexible according to availability of the

It has been the home of many. Near the County Court House, it was the home of a Land Title Agency
in the 1980's and has also has been the home of college students and young singles in the upstairs
suites. The current owners live in the newly renovated downstairs suite. It is now operated as a Bed
and Continental Breakfast for travelers, out of town attorneys who need to stay close to the
courthouse for trials, visiting families and friends of students of Ohio Wesleyan University and the
nearby Grady Memorial Hospital. We are also very near to Columbus and Polaris Fashion Premier
Shopping Mall
