THE ITALIANATE CIRCA 1890 Bed and Breakfast Inn gives you the privacy to relax in
YOUR OWN PERSONAL, PRIVATE SUITE. You have your very own three room suite with
private bath. Breakfast is room service from a menu of continental breakfast items you
select the night before. You can have breakfast in your jammies while you watch cable
TV or keep track of friends or business on your laptop through our WIFI. And, you can
keep your own schedule because you get a card key to use during your stay that opens
the front door. The suite includes a stove, refrig, microwave and coffeemaker, hair dryer
and iron w/ironingboard. Our location is downtown Delaware, Ohio, within a block and a
half of restaurants, antiques, boutiques and gift shops. OWU is four blocks away. The
Delaware County Court House is one block. Grady Memorial Hospital is on the same
street and within a mile. Walkers and runners will find the northwest neighborhood
interesting with the gorgeous victorian homes and a city park a few blocks away. Little
Brown Jug attendees and visitors attending other events are about a two minute drive
to the Delaware County Fairgrounds. Privacy, convenience and economy in a homey

For prospective guests, the Innkeeper has two dogs that are confined to the private area in the house. They are of show stock and well
